It is set up to race 4 laps in a 1.4km loop. Since it is a time trial (you race against time), one rider goes every 60 seconds.The track was amazing. It is like formula one except you are on your bike..(which is even better). This is my last hard run session and taper is rolling in.The reality is that the EZ and the cool down pace was almost as fast as my Half Ironman race pace.  My legs were feeling it. I am feeling super.  Over the weekend I went to Rhode Island.  The drive is 11 hr and I figure if I can be on the saddle for 8 hours, I can be on the driver seat for just as long.My toes are still black (I need to post some lovely pics to show).  The good thing is that they ain't sore no more. Overall a good time.  The run was toasty :)To summarize:Swim - two loops.  By 500 m, I was swimming fine.  A lot of slapping around.
